Waiting on Wedesday (6)

Amazing meme brought to all of us through Jill at Breaking the Spine. This is where we spotlight upcoming book releases worth being excited about. It's a great way to look and see what other bloggers are waiting on too! Follow or comment me, and I'll easily return the favor.
This weeks choice is...

Slide by Jill Hathaway (releasing March 27th)
"Vee Bell is certain of one irrefutable truth—her sister’s friend Sophie didn’t kill herself. She was murdered.
Vee knows this because she was there. Everyone believes Vee is narcoleptic, but she doesn’t actually fall asleep during these episodes: When she passes out, she slides into somebody else’s mind and experiences the world through that person’s eyes. She’s slid into her sister as she cheated on a math test, into a teacher sneaking a drink before class. She learned the worst about a supposed “friend” when she slid into her during a school dance. But nothing could have prepared Vee for what happens one October night when she slides into the mind of someone holding a bloody knife, standing over Sophie’s slashed body.

Vee desperately wishes she could share her secret, but who would believe her? It sounds so crazy that she can’t bring herself to tell her best friend, Rollins, let alone the police. Even if she could confide in Rollins, he has been acting off lately, more distant, especially now that she’s been spending more time with Zane.

Enmeshed in a terrifying web of secrets, lies, and danger and with no one to turn to, Vee must find a way to unmask the killer before he or she strikes again."— (goodreads)

The simplicity of Slide's cover really did draw me in. Also, I love all the imprints of HarperCollins, so I keep up to date with all the books that they will be publishing. This is one of my favorites when compared to the other upcoming releases. Murder mysteries are my favorite, especially when you mix in paranormal aspects!

Have you ever thought about adding a little bit more than just
your articles? I mean, what you say is important and all.
However just imagine if you added some great pictures
or videos to give your posts more, "pop"! Your content is excellent but with images and videos, this blog could undeniably be one of the greatest in its niche.
Good blog!

I hardly comment, however after reading a few of the comments here
"Waiting on Wedesday (6)". I actually do have some questions for you if it's okay. Is it just me or do some of the comments look like they are written by brain dead individuals? :-P And, if you are posting at other online social sites, I'd like to
keep up with you. Could you make a list of all of all
your public sites like your linkedin profile, Facebook
page or twitter feed?
